About the Mums & Bubs Yoga Brunswick Courses
The Bellyamas Mums & Bubs Yoga Courses are designed to restore, nurture and strengthen your body after the birth of your baby in a safe way. We will focus on stabilising the abdominal and pelvic floor areas, opening and strengthening the chest and shoulder areas to encourage an easy recovery from pregnancy and labour.
All poses and movements allow for a playful and fun interaction and bonding time with your baby. It is a weekly space which allows you to connect to your body in a loving way, to recharge your energy and meet other ‘new’ mums and babies.

About Fee Klauser
Fee decided to become a teacher when she experienced the immense benefits of a regular yoga practice during her first pregnancy. It prepared her for the birth of her first child in the best possible way. Even though she had been practicing for a number of Years before becoming a mum, she now wanted to share these benefits with others, especially women. In 2009, Fee started studying Hatha Yoga and Prenatal Yoga in Berlin and then finished her diploma at the Victorian Institute for Yoga Education and Teacher Training in Melbourne. She is convinced that yoga is good for everyone because it is such a holistic way of life. Fee is a compassionate, non-judgemental teacher using yoga as a tool to make people feel good by encouraging the alignment of body and mind.
