Keely has a background in Art Therapy and Dance, with yoga being a personal practice until she completed her teacher training in 2013. Now yoga is a way of life for Keely and she loves sharing the joys of yoga through teaching.
Keely has practiced yoga all over the world, with her foundational teacher training in the Himalayas, India with Sivananda Yoga Centre. Keely was inspired by her guru’s quest to bring yoga to the west, because he believed that’s where it is needed the most. She strives to create accessible, inclusive and fun yoga classes while staying true to yoga’s traditional roots.
Keely’s classes are a blend of hatha, vinyasa and yin with a focus on alignment, breathing techniques and the emotional impact of the asanas.
